The SteelHeart SH-1 serves as the standard for Capmatic® peristaltic filling line. The SH-1 was designed as a stand-alone unit for laboratories, but was built with automation in mind providing you with the same characteristics and functionality as an automated unit.



High-precision peristaltic pump

This aseptic filling unit is constructed in stainless steel giving it a sharp aesthetic look, but also providing the added value of an easy clean exterior. The ideal use for the SteelHeart SH-1 is for small, highly accurate batch production for many different industries and applications. The peristaltic technology that drives these units allows for quick and easy change over, all while offering a guarantee against cross contamination. Although quite complex from an engineering standpoint, these units offer a flawless and easy user experience.
